Most demolition jobs leave you juggling a demo crew and a hauler. JUNKED. does both: we can clear out the contents, take the structure down, haul the debris and clean up the site.

What We Don't Do

We do not disconnect utilities, remove asbestos or haul hazardous waste. We do not take on large commercial, industrial or high-rise demolition. See what we can’t take.

Permits, Utilities and Asbestos

In Pennsylvania, tearing down a building often requires a demolition permit from your municipality, and many townships want proof that utilities are disconnected. An asbestos inspection is commonly required before a structure is demolished, especially for older buildings. Utilities must be shut off and disconnected by the owner and the utility companies, not by our crew. If asbestos is found, it has to be removed by a licensed abatement contractor before we start. We will explain what is usually needed, tell you what to ask your township, and coordinate the schedule with you.
