Old Trailer, Clear Lot

JUNKED. tears down and hauls away old mobile homes and trailers in Canonsburg and across the Pittsburgh area. We take the structure apart, remove the debris and leave the lot clear. Call or text (412) 905-9453 for a free quote or a free in-person estimate.

An abandoned or worn-out mobile home takes up space, draws pests and can hold up a sale or a new build. JUNKED. handles smaller to mid-size demolition jobs like this from start to finish: contents, structure, debris and cleanup. We do not take on large commercial or high-rise demolition.

What's Included

What We Don't Do

We do not disconnect utilities, remove asbestos or haul hazardous materials such as fuel, propane tanks, oil tanks, chemicals or paint. We also do not tow or relocate mobile homes. If title or ownership paperwork is needed to scrap a mobile home, that stays with the owner. For campers and travel trailers, see camper, RV and trailer removal. See what we can’t take.

Permits, Utilities and Asbestos

In Pennsylvania, tearing down a building often requires a demolition permit from your municipality, and many townships want proof that utilities are disconnected. An asbestos inspection is commonly required before a structure is demolished, especially for older buildings. Utilities must be shut off and disconnected by the owner and the utility companies, not by our crew. If asbestos is found, it has to be removed by a licensed abatement contractor before we start. We will explain what is usually needed, tell you what to ask your township, and coordinate the schedule with you.
