Old Barns and Outbuildings Taken Down

JUNKED. takes down small barns, pole buildings and outbuildings in Canonsburg and around Pittsburgh, and hauls the debris away. Call or text (412) 905-9453 for a free quote or a free in-person estimate.

A leaning barn or collapsing outbuilding is a hazard and an eyesore. JUNKED. handles smaller to mid-size barns and farm outbuildings: we can clear out the contents, take the structure down and leave the ground clean. Very large barns may be beyond our crew; we will tell you honestly after we look.

What's Included

What We Don't Do

We do not disconnect utilities, remove asbestos or haul fuel, pesticides, chemicals or paint. We do not do large commercial agricultural demolition. See what we can’t take.

Permits, Utilities and Asbestos

In Pennsylvania, tearing down a building often requires a demolition permit from your municipality, and many townships want proof that utilities are disconnected. An asbestos inspection is commonly required before a structure is demolished, especially for older buildings. Utilities must be shut off and disconnected by the owner and the utility companies, not by our crew. If asbestos is found, it has to be removed by a licensed abatement contractor before we start. We will explain what is usually needed, tell you what to ask your township, and coordinate the schedule with you.
