Stove & Oven Removal Near Canonsburg, PA

Freestanding ranges, wall ovens and cooktops carried out and hauled away. Call or text (412) 905-9453. Open 7 days a week, 7am to 7pm.

Out With the Old Range

A kitchen update usually starts with a new range, and the old one has to go somewhere. Some delivery crews won’t take it, some charge to haul it, and some just leave it in the garage. A full-size range is heavy, awkward and hard to move without scratching floors or catching a doorframe.

JUNKED. carries out old stoves, ovens and cooktops and hauls them away. We’ll slide it out, walk it through the house and load it on the truck. If you’re redoing the whole kitchen, we can take the old cabinets and counters too.

Electric ranges we can unplug. Gas ranges need to be shut off and capped by a qualified pro or your gas utility before we arrive.

Cooking Appliances We Remove

We pick up:

  • Freestanding electric ranges
  • Gas ranges, once the gas is shut off and capped
  • Slide-in and drop-in ranges
  • Single and double wall ovens, once disconnected
  • Cooktops and range tops
  • Over-the-range microwaves and range hoods
  • Countertop microwaves, toaster ovens and small appliances

Getting rid of more than one appliance? See appliance removal for washers, dryers and dishwashers.

Before We Come

To get the stove ready:

  • For gas ranges, have the gas shut off and the line capped by a qualified pro or your gas utility.
  • Unplug electric ranges if you can reach the outlet. If not, we’ll do it.
  • Hard-wired wall ovens and cooktops should be disconnected by an electrician.
  • Take out the racks, broiler pan and anything stored in the drawer.
  • Clear a path from the kitchen to the door and protect fragile flooring if you’re worried about it.

What Happens to an Old Stove

Stoves and ovens are mostly steel, so they’re good candidates for metal recycling. A working range in decent shape can sometimes be donated instead.

We donate and recycle what we can and haul away the rest. You end up with an empty spot ready for the new one, and no appliance sitting in the garage for months.

We handle stove & oven removal in Canonsburg, Upper St. Clair, Bethel Park and South Fayette, plus every town in our service area, about 15 miles around Canonsburg.
