Porch, Sunroom & Small Addition Demolition

JUNKED. takes down old porches, sunrooms, enclosed patios and small additions in Canonsburg and across the Pittsburgh area, then hauls the debris away.

When the Porch or Addition Has to Go

JUNKED. takes down old porches, sunrooms, enclosed patios and small additions in Canonsburg and across the Pittsburgh area, then hauls the debris away. Attached structures are handled case by case after a free in-person estimate. Call or text (412) 905-9453.

A rotted porch, leaky sunroom or tired add-on can drag down the whole house. JUNKED. removes the old structure, loads every piece and cleans up, so your contractor can start fresh. We’ll confirm scope, access and timing in a free in-person estimate.

What's Included

What We Don't Do

We never remove load-bearing walls of the main house. Any opening left in the house has to be closed up by your contractor. We do not disconnect utilities, remove asbestos or haul hazardous materials. See what we can’t take.

Permits, Utilities and Asbestos

Taking down an attached structure can need a permit from your municipality, and older buildings can contain asbestos. The property owner handles any permit and utility disconnects, and asbestos inspection and abatement are done by licensed professionals when required. We will explain what is typically needed and coordinate the schedule with you.
