The biggest factor is how much space your items take up in our truck. A few pieces cost less than a full garage or house cleanout.
Type of Items
Some items take more effort or have special disposal requirements. Heavy items like hot tubs, safes and appliances, or materials like construction debris and drywall, can affect the quote. Tire disposal may carry an extra fee.
Access, Stairs and Distance
Items in a third-floor apartment, an attic or a tight crawl space take more time and care than items in a driveway or garage. Long carries, stairs and tight turns all factor in.
Labor and Disassembly
Some jobs need disassembly or light demolition first, such as taking apart a swing set, shed, deck or hot tub. That work is included in your quote.

We donate and recycle what we can and take the rest to approved facilities. Different materials have different disposal requirements, which can affect the price.
