New Eagle is a river borough of about 2,047 people (2020 census) right next to the city of Monongahela. It was laid out in 1901 by J. S. Markell under the name Riverview and became the Borough of New Eagle in 1912. It’s also known as the birthplace of Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Montana.
From our Canonsburg base it’s about 13 miles in a straight line. JUNKED. takes care of the carrying, loading and hauling.
Here’s how a job in New Eagle works: call or text (412) 905-9453 or send the request form, ideally with a few photos. We give you a free quote, show up in the window we agreed on, and do all the carrying and loading. We donate and recycle what we can, haul away the rest, and sweep up before we leave. JUNKED. is fully insured and licensed.
New Eagle borders Monongahela to the east, Carroll Township to the south and west, and Union Township to the northwest. Across the Monongahela River lies Forward Township in Allegheny County. The borough’s children attend the Ringgold School District.
Many houses here sit on hillsides above the river, with steps to the door and basements that have stored plenty over the years. Common jobs include basement and garage cleanouts, furniture removal, old water heaters and appliances, and full-house cleanouts.
Tell us about steps, driveways and parking when you call, and we’ll plan the job before we get there.
Being next to Monongahela means many New Eagle houses date from the early 1900s, when the town was first laid out as Riverview. Older homes like these tend to hold a lot in basements, attics and garages. We bring the right size crew and handle the stairs.
Basement Cleanouts: Decades of stored boxes and furniture brought up and out.
Garage Cleanouts: Clear the bays so the car fits again.
Furniture Removal: Couches, dressers, beds and recliners carried out.
Water Heater Removal: Drained, disconnected water heaters hauled off.
House Cleanouts: Whole homes emptied, room by room.
Appliance Removal: Washers, dryers, stoves and fridges hauled away.
