Most garages have one: the mower that quit three summers ago and has been parked behind the new one ever since. Riding mowers and lawn tractors are worse. They’re heavy, they don’t roll well with a flat tire, and they won’t fit in a car.
JUNKED. hauls away push mowers, self-propelled mowers, riding mowers and lawn tractors, along with the trimmers, blowers and edgers that collect next to them. We load them from the garage, shed or barn, so you don’t have to push anything up a ramp.
Gas and oil are the one catch. We can’t haul fuel or loose fluids, so the tank and crankcase need to be empty or close to it before we arrive.
We pick up:
Clearing the whole shed? See shed removal or garage cleanouts.
Before we come:
Mowers are mostly steel and aluminum, so they’re good candidates for scrap metal recycling once the fluids are out. A working mower with some life left can sometimes go to a new owner.
We donate and recycle what we can and haul away the rest. The space in the garage or shed is yours again before the next mowing season.
We handle lawn mower removal in Peters Township, Cecil Township, South Fayette and Canonsburg, plus every town in our service area, about 15 miles around Canonsburg.
