McMurray is the civic and commercial center of Peters Township, with about 4,700 people (2020 census). It shares the 15317 ZIP code with Canonsburg, and it’s only about 5 miles from our base, which makes it one of the quickest drives we have.
JUNKED. handles the heavy part: carrying, loading, hauling and cleanup. If it’s an easy-to-reach load, same-day or next-day pickup is often possible.
Here’s how a job in McMurray works: call or text (412) 905-9453 or send the request form, ideally with a few photos. We give you a free quote, show up in the window we agreed on, and do all the carrying and loading. We donate and recycle what we can, haul away the rest, and sweep up before we leave. JUNKED. is fully insured and licensed.
McMurray is named for local farmers, including Levi McMurray. It centers on Donaldson’s Crossroads, where Route 19 (Washington Road) meets East and West McMurray Road. The Peters Township municipal building and library are on East McMurray Road, the Peters Township School District has its offices here, and Peterswood Park is close by.
Homes here are mostly larger suburban houses with two-car garages and finished or semi-finished basements. Common jobs are garage and basement cleanouts, moving cleanouts, hot tub and deck removals, and estate cleanouts.
Garage Cleanouts: Clear the bays so the car fits again.
Basement Cleanouts: Decades of stored boxes and furniture brought up and out.
Moving Cleanouts: What’s left after the movers go.
Hot Tub Removal: Old hot tubs cut down and hauled off.
Deck Removal: Rotted or unsafe decks torn out and hauled.
Estate Cleanouts: Careful, patient help clearing a loved one’s home.
